The Iso Fit Education Programme was originally established several years ago for in-house training of Iso Fit instructors in Pilates, Gyrotonic and peripheral exercise methods. Today fitness and rehabilitation professionals from all over Asia participate in these courses.

As the Licensees of Polestar Pilates® Education LLC in Asia (www.polestarpilates.com), Iso Fit offers all the Polestar Certification Programmes including the comprehensive Rehabilitation series for Rehabilitation professionals and the comprehensive Studio, Reformer and Mat series for fitness professionals.

Gateway Pilates - Powered by Polestar

Starting in 2013, Polestar has developed a new training series called Gateway which is an entry level training much more suited to people who want to gain more exposure to Pilates but who cannot commit for whatever reason to a full training course. 

Part on-line and part hands on practical, Gateway promises to be a great way to learn and experience Pilates in a fun and pressure free environment and we are certain that some of our clients would be interested in joining a Gateway training series. Not only will it give you a deeper understanding of the work, it will be an invaluable tool to help with your own training, whether at Iso Fit or at home!
