Joyce Au

Joyce is a certified Polestar Pilates Studio Instructor. On top of this she has also completed her Gyrotonic Level 1 Certification.

She is also an artist, choreographer, educator. She used to work for City Contemporary Dance Company, Hong Kong Ballet Educational unit, the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Hong Kong Institution of Education.

She first started her dancing in the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and received her BFA in modern dance.

Later, she received both the British Council Arts Awards and Jockey Club Overseas Studies scholarship to continue her postgraduate diploma in movement analysis in Laban Centre London.

'Every one can dance'. This belief motivated her to teach Pilates and Gyrotonic at ISO FIT. She says "I have observed a lot of clients change their body shape and their movement. It's a wonderful journey for me to know that, with good teacher, everyone can move well."

This is her tenth year teaching Pilates and Gyrotonic. She still enjoys her work immensly!
