Rachel Yip

Rachel has been pursuing a career in physical alignment career for 9 years. She believes that Pilates is a wonderful way to integrate work, life and health. Rachel graduated from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelors degree in Dance and strongly believes that the learning of Pilates and Gyrotonic has greatly helped her as a dancer - Rachel is now holds both a Polestar Pilates Studio Certificate as well as a Gyrotonic Level 1 Certificate. Throughout the last 9 years, she has been grateful to share the many insights she has gained from Pilates, Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis to all those who seek to establish strength to heal themselves.
