As a Polestar Pilates Asia host site, Iso Fit offers participants who have enrolled in any of the Polestar Education courses or packages (Mat, Allegro, Studio or Rehabilitation) the valuable opportunity to acquire the skills and experience (in addition to the extensive knowledge contained in the course material covered) needed to become a quality Pilates Instructor

Once a participant has enrolled in any Polestar Education course(s) or packages, he or she will be eligible to participate at significantly reduced rates in any one or combination of the following study/training activities:

• Private Sessions with Iso Fit instructors.
• Semi-Private Sessions (up to 2 participants per instructor) with Iso Fit instructors.
• Scheduled Iso Fit Mat Group Sessions
• Scheduled Iso Fit Allegro Group Sessions.
• Observation of the conducting of Rehabilitation, Studio, Mat or Allegro sessions.
• Self-Mastery Sessions-self conducted training.
• Group study sessions.
• Teaching practice sessions.
• Instructor Assisting

Although participation in the Mentorship Programme is not compulsory, we strongly advise and encourage certification candidates to so, both in preparation for the course material to be studied, as well as honing the necessary teaching skills so essential for professional instruction. The programme has been designed with maximum flexibility in mind and the participant may enroll for as much or as little of activities on offer as they wish.

The participant may begin his or her mentorship programme up to 2 months before the start of the first course in the training series usually P-F or P-R (after full payment of the required deposit), and may continue the programme between courses right up to the certification examination provided that:

• The examination is taken no longer than 1 year after the participant begins the Mentorship programme .
• He or she is enrolled in a Polestar course and appropriate deposit/fees have been paid

Mat Certification

1. Pre-Course experience:

Up to 20 Mat Sessions @HK$50.- each

2. Pre-Certification Examination (after completion of M-1):

• Up to 50 Mat Sessions @HK$50.- each


• Unlimited observation of the conducting of Mat sessions.
  
• Up to 50 Self-Mastery Sessions-self conducted training @ HK$25- each.
  
• Up to 6 Group study sessions @ HK$50.- each- Subject to availability.
  
• Up to 30 Teaching practice sessions of 1 hour each (with participant's own clients) @ HK$50.- each.
  
• Instructor Assisting (when possible) free of charge.
  
• Any combination of the above.

Allegro Certification

1. Pre-Course experience:
    Up to 20 Allegro Sessions @HK$125.- each

2. Pre-Certification Examination (after completion of A-1) :

• Up to 50 Allegro Sessions @HK$125.- each

• Unlimited observation of the conducting of Allegro sessions.

• Up to 50 Self-Mastery Sessions-self conducted training @ HK$50- each.

• Up to 6 Group study sessions @ HK$75.- each. Subject to availability.

• Up to 30 Teaching practice sessions (with participant's own clients) @ HK$75.- each.

• Instructor Assisting (when possible) free of charge.

• Any combination of the above.

 

Studio Certification

1. Pre-Course experience:

• Up to10 Private Sessions @ HK$450.- each

• Up to10 Semi-Private Sessions @ HK$275.- each

• Up to 10 Mat Sessions @ HK$50.- each

• Up to 10 Allegro Sessions @ HK$125.- each

• Any combination of the above.

2. Pre-Certification Examination (after completion of S-1):

• Up to 30 Private Sessions @ HK$450.- each

• Up to 30 Semi-Private Sessions @ HK$275.- each

• Unlimited observation of the conducting of Studio sessions.

• Up to 50 Self-Mastery Sessions-self conducted training @ HK$80.- each.

• Up to 6 Group study sessions @ HK$100.- each. Subject to availability

• Up to 30 Teaching practice sessions (with participant's own clients) @ HK$80.- each.

• Instructor Assisting (when possible) free of charge.

• Any combination of the above.

Rehabilitation Certification

1. Pre-Course experience:

• Up to10 Private Sessions @ HK$450.- each

• Up to10 Semi-Private Sessions @ HK$275.- each

• Up to 10 Mat Sessions @ HK$50.- each

• Up to 10 Allegro Sessions @ HK$125.- each

• Any combination of the above.

2. Pre-Certification Examination:

• Up to 30 Private Sessions @ HK$450.- each

• Up to 30 Semi-Private Sessions @ HK$275.- each

• Unlimited observation of the conducting of Studio sessions.

• Up to 50 Self-Mastery Sessions-self conducted training @ HK$80.- each.

• Up to 6 Group study sessions @ HK$100.- each. Subject to availability

• Up to 30 Teaching practice sessions (with participant's own clients) @ HK$80.- each.

• Instructor Assisting (when possible) free of charge.

• Any combination of the above.

Terms and Conditions

1. Participants are required to enroll as regular Iso Fit clients and as such adhere to all Iso Fit rules and regulations.
2. For teaching practice, participant's own clients are required to enroll as regular Iso Fit clients and are required to sign an additional waiver acknowledging that they are being instructed by Polestar trainees.
3. Participants' own clients are not charged any training fee.
4. Payment-Any session(s) booked must be paid for in advance. Before starting the programme, a deposit of HK$1,000.- is required. This deposit will be refunded in full on completion of the Mentorship Programme and receipt of all fees due from the participant.
5. All sessions must be booked in advance with Polestar Certified instructors. Iso Fit reserves the right depending on studio space and equipment availability to limit Mentorship participation in any of the above listed sessions.
6. Both Iso Fit and the participant must give 48 hours notice of change or cancellation of booking of any session.
7. Private and Semi private sessions can be booked from 2 pm to 5pm on week days. Additional times may be booked subject to the absolute discretion of Iso Fit.
8. Regular Iso Fit clients have priority regarding space and equipment availability both when booking a session and during the course of a particular session.
9. The Mentorship Programme as described above is open only to Polestar Course participants who have registered and paid the necessary fees for their chosen Polestar Course(s).
10. Sessions are 1 hour in duration.
11. At least one Iso Fit instructor must be present in the Iso Fit Studio at all times.
