A New Iso Fit for a New You

Keeping pace with change while maintaining a constant commitment  to professional excellence,has always been an integral part of the Iso Fit mission. After 10 great years in California Tower , Lan Kwai Fong, Iso Fit is relocating to new premises end June 2010. Just 100 meters from its current site, Iso Fit will be situated at its spacious new home - 8th Floor Yu Yuet Lai Building, 43-55 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong.

The new fully equipped studio is not only more spacious  than the California Tower studio, but continues to provide its signature warm and  friendly  Pilates and GYROTONIC® training environment. Private, semi-private and group classes as well as a dedicated room for particular client needs, such as physiotherapy, are available.  Renowned interior design consultant, Kim Wang's design also promises a studio that caters to client convenience, comfort and relaxation, from the earthy colour scheme to its emphasis on using eco friendly  and sustainable materials. Raw materials with plenty of textural  contrasts create a backdrop of calm and well being that compliment the Iso Fit workout.

Clients are welcomed into a pleasant reception area, which they can use also as a cool down, refreshment area, enjoy a complimentary snack and cup of tea or coffee, check emails and relax for a few minutes before heading out. Comfotable changing rooms, washrooms and a shower make it easy for clients to pop in before, during or after work.

Iso Fit will be hosting an open evening to show off the new studio. People attending the evening may enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks while taking a tour of the new Iso Fit - and are welcome to take advantage of the experienced instructors that will be present to ask them any questions you may have regarding Pilates, GYROTONIC® training or equipment. Visitors will also be entered into a lucky draw that could win them 10 private sessions at Iso Fit! The open evening will take place on Thursday, July 8th, 2010 from 7-9pm.
