Directors Corner-Aug 2011

The thing about summer is that there's something about warmer weather that gets us moving. Some of us go to great resorts that entice us to take long walks along the beach and others run around Ocean Park (or its equivalent) with the kids. We are rarely as sedentary as other times of the year and going back to work after a long healthy break can wreak havoc on our newly toned torsos. Many people think autumn is the best, most beautiful time of year but, as far as outdoor activities go, the pool or ocean will only stay warm for so long, so some creative thinking is required to stay interested in some kind of fitness routine.
Making time for keeping fit should be a priority for everyone. Despite meetings and workloads, getting in the habit of regular workouts will hold back and neck pain at bay and keep energy levels high so we're looking forward to seeing all you folks back at Iso (complete with summer glow).
The beginning of July also saw our first anniversary in our new location and judging from the feedback that we've received so far it seems that everyone, clients and staff alike, is very satisfied with the new Iso Fit facility. We have received (and in many cases implemented) quite a few suggestions from clients as to how we can improve one aspect or another in the studio and we much appreciate these and any future suggestions that clients may have to make things even better. As we move into our second year in our new premises we reaffirm our commitment to providing our clients with the best service possible.
