Directors Corner
Hi everyone!
I can't believe that another year has flashed by and we are full swing into the Holidays again!
When
we think of Christmas and the holiday Season we think of canapés,
cocktail parties and turkey and the most popular resolutions for the New
Year are those involving weight loss and getting back into shape for
the coming year. After all I think it safe to say that the vast majority
of people reading this will agree that our greatest blessing is good
health.
What
we tend to overlook, in our desire to "re-tone", are the basic
structures of our body; our bones. Osteoporosis is on the rise and both
men and women are at risk as a result of modern lifestyles,
particularly a lack of sufficient exercise. If you have a spare
resolution, you might consider devoting it to keeping your bones strong.
Your posture is only as reliable as your bones are able to sustain your body
weight in an efficient alignment; and your bones strength is closely
correlated with your level of dynamic activity that puts the correct
amount of stress on the bones. Sounds a lot like what we do at Iso Fit.!
Happy Holidays and see you at the Studio!
