Guest Teacher - Claudia Tudose!

Guest Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Instructor Clauia Tudose will be teaching classes at Iso Fit from the beginning of September to the End of November 2010. It is always nice to experience teaching styles from around the globe so make sure to try a session with her!

Claudia Tudose is a Certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis level 1 teacher. Claudia holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Bachelor degree as a Registered Nurse from Babes-Bolyai University, Romania  and is licensed as RN in South Carolina, USA.

Having an extensive education in all aspects of Gyrotonic /Gyrokinesis exercise, combined with her Registered Nurse and Psychology background, Claudia's method of instruction is unique and versatile. Using her credentials and knowledge, Claudia has created a concept which enable her clients, who range  from children to elderly persons, to achieve a healthy and holistic body, mind and spirit.

Her foundation training started in Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis, and now extends to other Gyrotonic specialized equipment. In addition, Claudia is trained to teach Paul Horvath's therapeutic courses, Gyrotonic for Golfers and Tennis.

To extend her knowledge and deeper understanding she continue her education under Juliu Horvath's instruction taking and successfully completed her Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis level 2 in Germany and Miami. Also she is certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis pretrainer, and recently completed her first assistance in Gyrokinesis Master Trainer Program.

In August 2010 Claudia will assist Juliu Horvath in one of his Foundation Gyrokinesis Training in Germany, and she is expecting her Master in Gyrokinesis in December 2010.

Claudia currently teaches full time Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis, at her own studio in downtown Columbia SC. She continues to learn and grow in the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methodologies by attending multiple trainings.
