Iso Fit News - Summer 2011

As usual, a lot has been happening at Iso Fit! Its tough to keep track sometimes, but we always try to keep you up to date, so that you can benefit from everything we have to offer!

Fee adjustment:

Iso Fit always tries as hard as possible to put off increasing our fees and indeed we haven't changed these fees for close to 5 years. Regrettably in order to cope with rising costs to some extent, we do need to raise fees slightly according to the table below. The new fees will become effective 1^st September 2011. All packages bought before then will be at current prices*. Needless to say clients will continue to enjoy all our current additional discounts as applicable!

*Please bear in mind that unused sessions at the date of expiry of a package will be subject to a reinstatement charge.

Lockers-Free Usage:

When we moved to our new studio last year we decided to build a number of lockers which clients could hire on a monthly basis. We have found that client need for such an arrangement is very limited and consequently most of the lockers have remained empty.

Consequently we have decided that our lockers can be used FREE OF CHARGE for clients on a per-session and first-come first-served basis. Clients can choose to use the locker while they attend a session by either signing for a key (obtained from front desk) or unlocked.

In order to ensure smooth operation of this arrangement we have set a number of rules for locker usage-these are shown in each locker and are also available at the front desk.

Kindly note that locker should be used for the duration of a session and that all contents in the lockers at the end of the day will be removed.

Refer a friend promotion:

One of the greatest compliments that we can receive is when a client refers Iso Fit to other people whether it be friends or family. We are pleased to announce that we have set up a scheme on our system which enables us to offer these referring clients a reward (in the form of a discount off packages they buy after reward is issued) when people they refer, attend sessions at Iso Fit.

We will be running a "Refer-a-friend" promotion for 4 months starting 1^st September 2011 on a trial basis. So when you next refer someone, please make sure that he or she tells us your name so that you can earn the promotion reward. There is no limit as to how many people you refer-so if you feel people you know will benefit from sessions at Iso Fit, send them over and enjoy your well deserved reward.

Terms and Conditions of Refer a friend Promotion

• Reward-Discount equivalent to 5% of the value of the first 10 sessions taken by person introduced or 5% of the value of sessions taken by person introduced in the 10 weeks after his/her assessment-whichever comes first.
• Reward discount will be applied to referring client when he/she buys a new package after completion of the said 10 sessions or weeks.
• Reward must be used within 6 months after the completion of the said 10 sessions or weeks.
• Reward is not transferable.
