Ballet Pilates
FOR: CLIENTS WITH A GROUP MAT PACKAGE
This dynamic but relatively gentle class takes participants through a typical Ballet warm-up.
Lisa will guide them through the Basic A la Barre demi plie from Ballet to the sound of Contemporary Ballet music or even modern Lyrical music, challenging balance, core strength and flexibility.
After the warm-up participants will execute 30 minutes of Pilates Mat exercises which will further strengthen the core and peripheral muscles. The session ends with a return to Ballet moves serving to enhance confidence and fluidity of movement.
