It's a HIIT! Pilates/HIIT class is a fusion of a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class workout and Pilates core movements. Will will mix low/high impact cardio movements with Pilates mat core work. The class will be in a HIIT format, with intervals ranging from 20-40 seconds of high intensity movements followed by an interval of core Pilates movements...a great a fusion class. This class is suitable for all levels with modifications for low and high-impact options.
