When Jinah Jang discovered Pilates, she immediately loved the discipline and benefits of the practice. After years of hard work and taking Pilates teacher training courses, she successfully passed both the Mat and Comprehensive (Studio) exams with Polestar Pilates in Hong Kong.
Jinah has been teaching Pilates for over two years – both private and group classes. Jinah believes one of the biggest benefits of Pilates is its emphasis on core strength, breathing, and body control. Building a strong foundation through Pilates movements are principles that can be applied to both Pilates class and daily life. Jinah has a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Manchester. She is a gym goer and a Youtube content creator.
