British born and educated, Kin spent most of his life in the UK before moving to Asia in 2006.
After a successful corporate career in the UK and Hong Kong, Kin made a gradual transition to pursue his other passions of Life/ Executive Coaching and Group Fitness/ Wellness.
Kin has found enormous satisfaction in combining his Group/ Personal Exercise training with his coaching work to make a real impact on his clients. Most people understand how the way we think and feel can deeply affect how we understand and use our bodies, however Kin encourages people to explore how we can use our bodies to impact the way we think and feel as well.
Kin has taught a range of group classes at different gyms, wellness centres and corporates across Hong Kong, his continual exploration and learning of the body has led him to developing a passion for Pilates. Through Pilates, he has taken his understanding of the body to a different level which in turn can empower and benefit an even wider spectrum of people in the community.
In a world full of stress and pressure, Kin’s clients trust his ability to “shake things up” a bit and help push them past their own comfort zone in a safe and positive manner whilst remembering the importance of having fun as a means of “de-stressing” as well as keeping fit.
Kin is a Personal Trainer (NASM), Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA), Accredited Coach (ICF) and teaches Dance Fitness, TRX, Circuit Training, Bootcamp as well as Mat and Studio Pilates. He also has a passion and experience of working with older people and those with physical and learning disabilities.
