Regular (or Semi-Private) Sessions
Regular sessions accommodate a maximum of 2 clients per instructor and the instructor will adapt each exercise to the individual needs of the clients being trained.
Client progress is constantly monitored, and you will be encouraged to take Evaluation Sessions regularly. To ensure steady progress, clients are also encouraged to attend consistently. If possible, joining us in our Hong Kong studio at least twice a week for either one on one or duet training sessions will guarantee a steady and marked improvement in your Pilates skills.
