Dear Client,
We received news this evening at 9pm that a client of Iso Fit has, unfortunately, tested positive for the Covid virus on Monday 23rd November. We hope that his case is mild and wish him a speedy recovery.
The studio is already shut, and we will be keeping it shut while the investigation into this takes place. In the meantime, here is a breakdown of the situation:
He took a private session with the teacher on Thursday the 19th November at 11am-12noon
He was wearing his mask the whole time
The teacher was wearing her mask the whole time
We are not sure when he actually contracted the virus (investigation still pending)
We’re immediately taking the following steps:
Conduct a full, deep clean of the premises on Wednesday the 25th November.
Iso Fit will stay closed until Thursday 26th November (pending further information and staff test results)
All staff are being asked to take the test for Covid-19
We will also be contacting individually anybody who was in the studio at the time, and anybody who has since had a session with the teacher.
We ask anybody who was in the studio between 10.30am-12.30pm on Thursday to take the necessary precaution (including social distancing and testing as required). We would also recommend that anybody who has had a session with Lisa since that time to do the same. We are awaiting Lisa’s (and other staff’s) test results and will update everybody as soon as we have more info.

Dear Iso Fit Clients,
We received news this morning at 9am that a client of Iso Fit has , unfortunately, tested positive for the Covid virus on Sunday 22nd November. We hope that her case is mild and wish her a speedy recovery.
As a precautionary measure, we immediately shut the studio
It has subsequently been made known to us by the client herself, that she was infected at an event she attended on Thursday 19th November and therefore was not infected when attending Iso Fit on Wednesday 18th November (9am-10am, private class).
Despite it being a false alarm, in light of the latest wave and close call, we thought it would be a good time to close the studio with immediate effect for deep cleaning. We will re-open on Thursday the 26th of November. We will also encourage staff to take the test, just to be on the safe side.
We have NOT been contacted by the authorities requesting we do any of the above or take any other action.
