Become a Pilates Teacher! Polestar Pilates Comprehensive programs provide in-depth instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and small props. Start with the Gateway courses and work your way towards full qualification!
Become a Pilates Reformer Teacher! The Reformer program provides instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice with emphasis on group dynamics for the Pilates Reformer. The Pilates Reformer program consists of 3 two-day (16 hour) course modules.
Become a Pilates Mat Teacher! The Mat program provides instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice with emphasis on group dynamics for the Pilates Mat. Start with the Gateway course and work your way towards full qualification!
