Ming started doing Pilates while working as an Auditor, and immediately fell in love with the way Pilates shaped her body. Her whole body toned up, and she felt longer and leaner.
After practicing, she noticed a physical transformation, feeling stronger, healthier, more energized. There was also an increase in body awareness, while relieving all other stresses. It’s been joyous seeing her clients leave class like that too!
Since she started to explore the fluidity of Gyrotonic exercise to improve muscles\ mobilization in a way never seen before, she firmly believes in the Pilates and Gyrotonic combination to stretch, strengthen and energize the body.
Ming thinks, if you love something enough, you should share it with others.
