This is a challenging class for Pilates practitioners and Dancers who have a good training background. Starting with a Ballet warm-up, Lisa will offer a more hard-core challenge to participants, pushing their bodies with Ballet moves on the Barre and moving on to Pilate exercises on the Pilates Reformer. This class serves to improve balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and core control. Half Ballet Barre and half Pilates Reformer, this class take participants to a new level of strength and movement capabilities.
