Diana was first introduced to Pilates while taking Pilates Barre in 2016 and immediately developed a strong interest in the movement. As a young girl, she practiced ballet for five years, but had to stop as she moved overseas to further her studies. Nevertheless, her love of dance, making beautiful and graceful movements has not changed. After trying different types of sports, she finally found the same enjoyment in Pilates.
While practicing, she found her body moving through each movement just like dancing; she also observed how her body has rapidly changed for the better, from posture to muscle tone. This led her to complete the Polestar Pilates Teacher Training Program in Mat, followed by Reformer and Studio. Diana’s goal is to help clients realize their fitness goals, and have fun while training.
Aside from Pilates, Diana also enjoys taking long runs in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
