28 March 2020

Dear Iso Fit Clients,

Temporary Closure of Iso Fit

We hope you are all well and staying safe. Most of you will have heard the news regarding the Government directive for all fitness centres and Pilates studios to close for two weeks. Accordingly effective 6pm Saturday 28th March 2020, Iso Fit will be closed for this period - we hope to receive approval to welcome clients back from Sunday the 12 April 2020. All packages and memberships will be frozen during this time.

Physio Fit patients will be able to continue their Rehab sessions as normal during this period.

Shutting the studio does not mean you have to stop exercising. We know that most people are currently staying at home, working from home, self-isolating or even in quarantine.

In view of this situation we are pleased to inform you that we will be launching high quality and low priced virtual online private Mat sessions as well as Online group Mat classes conducted by our very own Iso Fit teachers

Our interim online programme promises to be exciting, effective and convenient for clients. We hope to have you participate in many of them!

In addition to the measures we have already introduced over the past few weeks, in light of the recent upsurge in cases in HK we have amended our policies as per below.

Staggered Group class times

Starting from Mon 23 March 2020, We are staggering our group class times in order to minimize contact between classes and the amount of people that gather in reception at the same time - please check the schedule for the updated times.

  • 12noon class changes to 11.50am

  • 1pm class changes to 1.10pm

  • 6.30pm class changes to 6.15pm

  • 7.30pm class changes to 7.40pm

  • Check schedule for changes to other class times

Limit on clients in the studio

Until further notice and in accordance with prevailing conditions, we are limiting the amount of clients that can be booked in the studio in any one hour.

  • 7 maximum in a group class (not including teacher). This is to start on Monday 23 March 2020.

  • 5 maximum in the studio room (not including teachers). This is to start on Monday 23 March 2020.

  • 2 Maximum in Physio room (not including teachers)

Package Extensions

  • If you are required to quarantine according to Government policy, then we will extend your package for this quarantine period, no questions asked.

  • If you are social distancing and cannot come to class due to reasons that are not required by the government (i.e. close contact to somebody that has just arrived back in HK from overseas, or close contact with somebody who has been displaying symptoms of illness), contact us to discuss package extension arrangements.

Obviously this is a fluid situation and we are trying to adapt to it as best we can. We are happy to work with you and protect your well being  in these tough times as best we can, so please contact us with any questions or inquiries.

With best wishes for you and your families  to stay fit and healthy, Iso Fit Team

17 March 2020

As people gradually return to their pre-crisis lifestyles and residents return to Hong Kong, it’s important to continue to protect against Covid-19. We are not yet out of the woods.

In line with the new policy today implemented by the HK Government, we are updating you on our latest policies regarding COVID-19.

If you require an extension of your package because of these measures, please get in touch - we will deal with these requests on a case by case basis.

What are we doing?

Our studio  remains open and yet we continue to be vigilant with protective measures for your health and safety. As we have been advised, these measures include:

  • Disinfection of all areas and surfaces within Iso Fit

  • Regular re-application of Raze anti bacterial agent to the wood and leather surfaces. This is a self-sanitising coating is a breakthrough photocatalyst technology which uses light to break down indoor pollutants, rendering them obsolete.

  • Air Purifiers are working and the filters are new

  • Temperature checks

  • Mandatory hand-sanitizing for people who enter the studio (at reception)

  • All teachers will be wearing masks

  • Providing disinfectant spray and wipes for our clients to use during their sessions

  • Keeping windows open

What can you do?

  • If you are feeling unwell, do not attend your session. (Clients who display any flu-like symptoms will be requested to leave the studio)

  • We encourage you to wear a mask during your sessions

  • Sanitize and wash your hands with soap as often as possible. Sanitizer is provided.

  • We encourage you to take advantage of the wipes and sprays around the studio to wipe down equipment before and after use. Please ask teachers for assistance with this.

  • Stay informed and be sensible
